Ladies Gaelic Football has seen spectacular growth over the past two decades. As a small club, Garnish has punched well above its weight in developing a talent pipeline. 
At underage boys an girls have traditionally played together to field teams for school and club. Whist this is still the case, many now train and play with the Béara Ladies.
